Storm Cyclone is an official Plumber agent who is sent on extreme missions. He is originally a hybrid of a Human and a Galvanic mechamorph, with the ability to create or control objects. He usually behaves as if he were the leader of the Ultimate Fusions, but everyone ignores this behavior. He has a strange knack of irritating others (especially Brich).
Not to be confused with Storm from the X-Men. Among Storm's many annoying mannerisms is his nicknaming his friends:
- Brich ― Fusion Boy (because he is part Fusion)
- Thunder ― Flying Refrigerator (because he possesses the abilities of a Necrofriggian)
- Aria ― Sound Box (because she never stops talking)
- Jenet ― Mrs. Rapunzel (because she has her hair reaching to down below her knees)

Storm usually wears a red T-shirt, blue jeans, and green shoes. He has black hair, blue eyes and, and a fair complexion. He sometimes also wears Plumber armour.
