Scott, labeled The Devious, was a camper and the main antagonist of Total Drama: Revenge of the Island as a member of the Toxic Rats. He later switches teams in "Runaway Model," and returned as a contestant for Total Drama All-Stars as a member of the Villainous Vultures.

Scott is located in Nowhere in the desert by the farmhouse, which is apparently not too far from where he lives. His apparent concern for Courtney warrants the player's investigating a mysterious disturbance that prevents him from contacting her, or anyone else, from within the area. (This disturbance is also mentioned byKevin, who states that he cannot make contact with Ben or Gwen.) This becomes the start of the "Running Interference” mission arc regarding the mysterious interferences that prevent contact.
Scott also plays a prominent role in some of the mission arcs taking place in the Wilds, specifically Nowhere.
