Scoobert "Scooby" Doo is the protagonist of a long line of animated television series created by the popular American animation company Hanna-Barbera, first appearing in Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? (1969) and currently in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated (2010). Scooby-Doo is the male dog and lifelong companion of Norville "Shaggy" Rogers and is regarded as a unique Great Dane who is able to speak in broken English, unlike most other dogs in his reality, and usually puts the letter R in front of words spoken.

Mystery Incorporated was called by many people when Fuse attacked, since most people thought the invasion was a supernatural event. The gang decided to split up when they reached the area. Scooby and Shaggy went off towards the city, but then Scooby took a wrong turn and became separated from Shaggy. The dog ended up at the Titans Tower: Robin caught Scooby digging through the trash, then took him in after finding the pooch could talk.  With nothing to do, Scooby started wandering the Tower looking for his lost collar, until an exasperated Robin put him in charge of watching over the portal to the Watchtower. Scooby has not been reunited with Shaggy yet.

Go Fetch!

When the hero meets Scooby-Doo, he mentions his spare collar is missing. He last saw it while walking in City Station, and asks the player to go look there. After defeating a few monsters, the player finds Scooby's dog-tag, but no collar. Scooby thanks the player for finding his tag, but still whines for his missing collar. Robin then contacts the player, complaining that Scooby is causing trouble in Titans Tower again. Scooby, who was listening in, says he never left his spot, leading Robin to believe that there may be a Fusion Scooby. On investigating the Tower, the player will find Fusion Scooby's Lair. Scooby follows the player inside, and must be escorted to where his collar lies. Once Scooby has regained his collar, he begs the player to defeat Fusion Scooby. When that has been done, the player will gain the Scooby-Doo Nano.
