Keroro became furious when Natsumi entered the Cartoon Network Universe, so he devised a plan to retrieve her; he failed, however, because Fuse's minions attacked him. Keroro remained in Sector V with Numbuh Two and Blossom, handing out two World Missions and one Nano Mission.

Keroro's Nano Mission is called "Keroro: face to Fusion Keroro, de Arimasu!", and His World Mission call "Keroro: I'm Sorry! Natsumi-dono!, de Arimasu!"(in two parts) and "Keroro: Project Quadruple B! de Arimasu!"
