Green Goblin (real name Norman Osborn) is the CEO of OsCorp, The father of Harry Osborn, and the Arch nemesis of Spider-Man.
Pre-FusionFall
Norman Osborn, the CEO of the company OsCorp, was married to Emily until she gave birth to their son, Harry, which resulted in her passing away. Since then, Norman has had a disdain for Harry and would only accept him if Harry can win his approval by showing him he can keep up the family legacy.
Using radioactivity, Norman made genetically enhanced spiders, but unknown to him, one of them escaped and bit Harry's best friend Peter Parker, which gave him spider powers, and he became Spider-Man, Norman then decided to try and capture Spider-Man to discover the secrets of his powers and create a Spider-Army.
Later, a laboratory accident involving an experimental formula granted Norman superhuman strength, a heightened intellect and an accelerated healing factor. That same accident also robbed him of his sanity and turned him into Spider-Man's greatest enemy, the Green Goblin.

The Green Goblin has been destroying equipment from DexLabs, he is eventually confronted by the hero, who is assisted by Spider-Man, Ruby Rose, and Robin, during the fight fusions get involved and fights against both the Goblin and heroes, when the heroes get distracted with more fusions, it gives the Goblin a chance to escape, Goblin is later found at OsCorp Tower.
