Goku (孫 悟空, Son Gokū), born Kakarot (カカロット, Kakarotto), is the protagonist of the Dragon Ball series created by Akira Toriyama. He is the adoptive grandson of Grandpa Gohan, the husband of Chi-Chi, the father of Gohan and Goten, the grandfather of Pan, and later the great-great-grandfather of Goku, Jr.
Cheerful, courageous and also quite naive, Goku is a Saiyan, originally sent to Earth as an infant with the mission to destroy it. However, an accident alters his memory, causing him to grow up pure-hearted and later become Earth's greatest defender, as well as the informal leader of the Z Fighters. Throughout his life, he trains hard and strives to be the greatest warrior possible, while at the same time using his amazing strength and skills to uphold peace.

When Fuse arrived, he became aware that Goku (as well as Superman) could destroy him easily; however, by the use of stolen Mandark Industries technology, he managed to reduce Goku and the rest of the Z Fighters' energy by 70 percent. Even though Goku's power has been reduced greatly, he can still fight armies of Fusions. Dexter and Twilight Sparkle are still trying to find a way to restore Goku's powers and the Spirit Bomb to destroy Planet Fusion.
Later, Goku tells the player that the Fusion invasion is all his fault. He says that Lord Fuse attacked his universe, and Goku went Super Saiyan to defeat him. He used his KameHameHa attack and accidentally sent Fuse to the FusionFall universe.
Later, Twilight Sparkle informs Goku that all she can do is give Goku and Gohan their Super Saiyan 1 forms back. Goku thanks her. It is revealed that Super Saiyan is equivalent to Ben Tennyson's ultimate forms and other heroic powers.
Goku later finds Vegeta when they help Anakin Skywalker's 501st legion attack Planet Fusion, but the attack fails.
Kid Goku is in the Game, due to a time mishap when Ben Tennyson was batling Eon. It is also the reason Young Ben, Kid Goku, and other-dimmension Mega Man's have appeared. Kid Goku can be found in Genius Grove.
Goku and Vegeta fail at defeating Lord Fuse.
