Big Billy is a supporting villain in The Powerpuff Girls and is a member of the Gangreen Gang. He is the stereotypical Dumb Muscle of the Gangreen Gang, less malicious than the others, and more likely to form a friendly relationship with one of the girls, as he did in the episode "Slave the Day" after the girls had saved his life.
